A.) Bench Press

15 minutes to establish a 5RM


B.) CBCF WLC Baseline WOD – Winter 2014

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

1000 meter row
AMRAP in the remaining time:

10 Thrusters (NOT from the rack)
10 Over the Bar Burpees
10 Pull Up

*The 1000 meter row is a “buy in.” You will only perform that once.
