Workout Of the Day

A.) C2B Pull Up Progression:

7 X 7 w/ a :50 rest following each set


B.) 5 rounds for time & total snatch load:

15 Push Ups

2 Rope Climbs

 Run 200 meters

Max load Snatch – 1 rep

*If you fail an attempt at the snatch, it counts as your rep and you recieve a ZERO for that round
