A.) 20 minutes skill work:
2-Position Pause Snatch:

Just below the knees + mid-thigh, 3 second pause at each spot

B.) “The Rooster”
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Run 200 meters
10 Bench Press (155/100)
30 Jump Switch Lunges
15 Back Extensions
