1) 5 sets x 5 reps - Snatch Grip Sotts Press from Back rack
2) 5 sets x 3 reps - Snatch Balance
*rest 2 minutes between all efforts

Conditioning
5 rounds:
5 Chest-to-Rings Pull Ups
10 Box Jump Overs
15 Push Ups
120 ft Shuttle Run

*20 minute cap
