Workout Of the Day

A.) 15 minutes for a 3RM Hang Clean, then:

3 reps @ 95% (of what you got for the 3RM)

3 reps @ 90%

3 reps @ 85%

*Rest just 1:00 between drop sets, so know your numbers!

B.) For Time:

“Fore!-arms”

Run 200m
30 KB Swings
10 STRICT Pull Ups
Run 400m
20 KB Swings
10 STRICT Pull Ups
Run 600m
10 KB Swings
10 STRICT Pull Ups
