A.) EMOTM for 10 minutes – 2 STRICT Press
B.) EMOTM for as long as possible:
3/4/5 Thrusters (75/55)
3/4/5 Pull Ups
3/4/5 Burpees
*You choose the rep scheme you think you can stay with for at least 10 minutes. When 10 minutes hits on the clock, add 1 rep to the scheme. When 11 minutes hits on the clock, add 2 reps to your rep scheme, and so forth…
