Workout Of the Day
A.) Push Press – Push Jerk – Split Jerk
15 minutes to establish a 1RM for the combination
B.) “Death by 20 meters”
*Perform (1) twenty-meter run the first minute; (2) twenty-meter runs the second minute; (3) twenty-meter runs the third minute…and so on, until you can no longer keep up with the clock. This will be done in a shuttle run fashion with cones placed 10 meters apart. You will travel back and forth between ten-meter sections.
C.) “7 Up”
AMRAP in 7 minutes:
7 Push Ups
7 Sit Ups
7 Push Press (95/65)
