AMRAP in :30 - Sit Ups
AMRAP in :30 – Hang Power Clean (70% of Part A)

WEEKEND REMINDERS

 - There is no 4pm class tonight

 - 14.2 will go off at 5pm tonight

- Whole Life Challenge Final WOD and measurements tomorrow at 8am

- 14.2 Tips/Pointers/Skill work tomorrow at the 9am class

- 14.2 on Sunday at 8am and 9am (sign ups WILL NOT be necessary for 14.2)
