Workout Of the Day

A.) Bench Press – 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
*Add weight with each set, rest 2:00 between sets

B.) "Deep Fried Thighs"

AMRAP in 20:00
20 Push Ups

20 Jump Switch Lunges

40 Double Unders

20 Wall Ball


Weekend Schedule:

Friday: Normal Schedule EXCEPT NO OPEN GYM at 5pm. Instead, we will be open from 5-6:30 for TEAM SERIES WODS only,


Saturday: No Competitors WOD
9am Daily WOD
Kids Class at 10:15
Team Series WODs from 11-1


Sunday: There will be NO BENCHMARK.
Team Series WODs may be done from 8-11
