We’ve had a ton of conditioning the past few days…today we are sticking strictly to strength/skill work

Overhead Squat - build to a heavy single in 15 minutes
Hang Squat Snatch - build to a heavy single; 15 minutes
Front Squat - 3 x 3, same weight across; 15 minutes
