A.) Front Squat/Back Squat
6 sets:
3 F.S./6 B.S. @ 84% of 1RM
*Rest 90 seconds between sets

B.) Conditioning (pick one)
Stamina
3 Rounds:
Row 600 meters
20 Target Burpees
25 AbMat Sit Ups
*15-minute time cap
Power/M.E.
3 Rounds:
Row 300 meters
20 Target Burpees
20 UNBROKEN GHD Sit Ups
*12-minute time cap
**There are no exceptions and no alterations to be done to either conditioning option. It's one or the other. Do not sub in GHD for the Stamina option and if you break on the GHD on the P/M.E. option, that concludes that set!
