12 HSPU (sub standing press @ 95/65)
4 Clean & Jerks @ 70% of 1RM
*20 minute time cap

Power/Strength
3 Rounds:
8 STRICT C2B
5 STRICT HSPU + Max Kipping HSPU following the 5th STRICT
2 Clean and Jerks @ 80% of 1RM
*17 minute time cap
**There is NO sub for HSPU for this option
