@ 27:00 - EMOM x 6 minutes:

2 Back Squats @ 80-85% of last weeks Heavy Single

@ 42:00 - CONDITIONING

30 Deadlifts (185/125)

15 HR Push ups

30 Sit Ups

*15 minute cap
