*We are once again beginning a cycle of squatting twice/week. It will make you stronger. It will make you more fit. It will make you better than yesterday!

Workout Of the Day

A.) Back Squat: 8 @ 70%, 6 @ 75%, 4 @ 80%

B.) Front Squats: 3x5, heaviest possible

C.) 4 Rounds for reps:
:45 Bar Muscle Ups or C2B
:15 rest
:45 Burpee Box Jumps
:15 rest
:45 Jump Switch Lunges
:15 rest
