A.) 10 minutes working on Snatch Grip Push Press + OHS (from the rack) - 3, 3, 2, 1, 1….
B.) 10 minutes working on a heavy single snatch balance (from the rack)
C.) 10 minutes skill work on High Hang Snatch – all singles
D.) AMRAP in 10 minutes:
“Three’s Company”
*Up the ladder in sets of 3:
Front Squats (115/75)
Sit Ups
Box Jumps (24/20)
*Complete 3 F.S./3 Sit Ups/3 Box Jumps, then 6 of each, then 9 of each, continuing on in that fashion until 10 minutes has elapsed
