2 Hang Snatch Pulls

2 Snatch High Pulls (from ground)

10 seconds Rest - Bar on Floor

2 Power Snatches

*Load is choice but light to dial in technique;rest as needed between sets


EMOM x 8 minutes

2 Power Snatches - 55%, 60%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 80%


AMRAP in 12 minutes:

7 Burpee Box Jump Overs

7 DB Thrusters

14 Cal Bike
