Today, and for this week only, you will have the choice to either come in and repeat 14.3 or perform (A) & (B).
You will go at 30 minutes into the class time. This should give you adequate time to warm up.

*Rest 90 seconds between sets

:30 Burpees
1:00 rest between rounds
