Strength
Deadlift
5 sets x 10 reps

Conditioning
AMRAP in 9 minutes:
3 Thrusters
3 Bar Facing Burpees
6 Thrusters
6 Bar Facing Burpees
9 Thrusters
9 Bar Facing Burpees
etc….keep adding 3 reps until 9 minutes is up
Then:
6 minutes for a 1RM Snatch
