Workout Of the Day
A.) Front Squat/ Back Squat
4 sets @ 80% of 1RM Front Squat
2 F.S./4 B.S.

*All sets are quick "up & down" pace

 90 seconds rest between sets


B.) 4 Rounds:
15 Burpees
20 Wall Ball
Rest 1:00 between each round
All Wall Ball should be unbroken
