Workout Of the Day

A.) Front Squat – 5 sets X 7 reps, heaviest possible, compare to 9/22/14

B.) “You Knew It Was Coming”
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
20 Double Unders
5 Wall Climbs
25 Double Unders
3 Wall Climbs
30 Double Unders
1 Wall Climb
3/1 Muscle Up
*The aim on this metcon is SKILL! Scaling back on the DU is fine, but NO singles. Guys that have MU, work them. Ladies that “do” or “almost do”….same thing. If you don’t we will work PROGRESSIONS. No C2B sub today, folks.
