This is marked to be one of CBCF's biggest events to date. We encourage all CBCF masters athletes to take part in the epic event! We would also ask all 34 and under athletes to participate as volunteers/judges. We will need all of your assistance. Thank you…its going to be HUGE!

 Workout Of the Day

A.) Back Squat – 7 sets X 5 reps

B.) For Time:
1:00 Handstand Hold
50 KB Swings (53/35)
30 Burpees
50 KB Swings (53/35)
1:00 Handstand Hold
*Handstand holds are against the wall; it will be “on your honor” if you truly hold for an accumulated 60 seconds
