Workout Of the Day
A.) 12 minutes to find max 3-Position Snatch (Floor, Hang, Hi Hang) then – 1@95%, 1@90%
B.) “Lest You Be Judged”
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
20 Wall Ball
30 Lateral Barbell Hops (2-foot takeoff, 2-foot landing…none of that “one-step, two-step” B.S.)
*We will use judges/counters for Part B.
If your toes don’t touch the bar, it’s a no-rep. If you don’t squat to depth or the ball is inaccurately thrown…well, you know….should be a blast.
