Workout Of the Day


"Meet Me On The Other Side"

All for reps:
A.) AMRAP in 12 minutes:
One teammate will run 200 meters while the other performs:
10 Deadlifts (155/105)
10 Over-the-Bar-Burpees
*Teammates will switch when both are finished their movements
-rest 5:00-
B.) AMRAP in 8 minutes:
5 Clean & Jerks
5 Pull Ups
Air Squats
*One teammate performs 5 C & J + 5 Pull ups while the other teammate does AMRAP air squats. Score is total reps + 10 additional points for each round of C & J + Pull Ups completed
-rest 5:00-
C.) AMRAP in 4 minutes:
10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups
*One teammate at each movement, switch when both are done
