A.) OHS – 3, 3, 3, 3, 3; increasing loads with each set

B.) “Off Limits”
AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Sled Push – 50ft (110/85)
220m run
1 Rope Climb
15 KB Swings
*The sleds will be “up top.” You may not run up or down the grass hill to enter or exit the sled area.
