A.) Strict Dips, Strict HSPU, Strict Pull Ups
Pick one – work at it for 12 minutes

B.) “One Big AMRAP”
4 minutes max shuttle runs
5 minutes max pull ups
6 minutes max Wall Ball
10 minutes max load deadlift (combine max lifts of all teammates; one bar per team)

*All movements are one teammate working at a time
