250 meter row
200 meter OH Plate carry – BOTH TEAMMATES CARRY A PLATE AT THE SAME TIME (45/25), IF EITHER PLATE COMES DOWN, BOTH TEAMMATES STOP UNTIL PLATE RETURNS OH

*Reps are “per teammate” and 1 teammate must complete ALL reps before partner can go.
