Workout Of the Day

A.) INDIVIDUAL – 15 minutes for a 3RM OHS

 B.) TEAM – “To The Moon”

AMRAP in 20 minutes: 2-4-6-8-10-12...etc. 

Push Press (95/65) 

Pull Up

Wall Ball

Run 100 meters

*Perform 2 push press, then 2 pull ups, then 2 wall ball, then the run. Then 4 of each, and so forth. One teammate working at a time. The run is done relay style.
