Workout Of the Day

“Hail To The Chief”
Within 3 minutes, run 400 meters. At the 3 minute mark begin:
AMRAP in 3 minutes:
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push Ups
9 Squats
*Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
The clock will read 22:00 following the last cycle. Immediately RUN a final 400 meters FOR TIME.
*Score total reps & final 400 run time
