Workout Of the Day

“Show Me Your Guns”
A.) Teams of 3:
6 Rounds:
200 meter run
15 Wall Ball
250 meter row
*All teammates are working at the same time: 1 on the run, 1 on the wall ball, and 1 on the row. Rotate once all have completed their stations.

B.) 10 minutes as a team to establish a 1RM Front Squat (from the rack)

*Reminder: There is no kids class and no 11am intro today
