Workout Of the Day

Teams of 3:

5 Rounds for time:
75 Sit Ups
60 OH Plate Lunges (45/25)
45 Wall Ball
220 meter team plate run (35# for all teams)

*Reps are divided EQUALLY! All teammates will perform the run together; the plate must be carried by one teammate at a time and can be switched to another teammate at any time.
