3 Rounds:
2:00 Wall Ball
2:00 Hang Power Cleans (75/55)
2:00 Box Jumps
2:00 Push Press(75/55)
2:00 Row (calories)
2:00 Rest

*Once the WOD begins, the bar may never touch the ground except during the rest periods. Teammates may share the 2:00 of work at each station, but all the while, the barbell may not touch the ground. If it does, the team will sit out the remainder of the minutes left for that given movement and the first minute of the next exercise movement.
