Daily WOD
Teams of 2:

“Rock a bye baby”

6 rounds for time:
24 Wall Ball
20 KB Swings (53/35)
16 Dips
220 meter run
*Reps are divided equally per team; during the entire WOD one teammate must be holding the kettlebell off of the ground WITHOUT leaning or sitting on anything. Yes, even on the run. If the KB touches the ground, both teammates perform 15 burpees.
