Workout Of the Day

A.) Front Squat – 4 sets x 5 reps, heaviest possible

B.) “Keep Off The Grass”

6 Rounds for Time:
Sled Push – 50ft (110/85)
220m run
1 Rope Climb
10 Burpees
*The sleds will be “up top.” You may not run up or down the grass hill to enter or exit the sled area.
