Strength
Pause Front Squats
5 sets x 2 reps - 3 second pause in the bottom

Conditioning
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
5 Pull Ups
10 Push Press (115/75)
15 Back Extensions
25 Double Unders (50 singles)
