Workout Of the Day

A.) Clean and Jerk – build to a heavy single, then perform:

3 reps @ 80%

5 reps @ 70%

7 reps @ 60%

*resting 3:00 between efforts

B.) Every 2:00 for 20 minutes

10 Wall Ball

15 KB Swings

*If you finish in under 2 minutes, rest in the balance until the top of the next 2:00 mark. If you do not finish a given round, you will sit out the next round.
