Deadlift / HSPU Mash Up

10-8-6-4-2 reps of both movements, back to back. Goal is to increase weight on each set of the deadlift and go unbroken on each set of the HSPU. Rest as needed between numbered sets.
i.e. 10/10, 8/8, 6/6…

*If not doing HSPU, perform DB shoulder press with a 3 second pause with the DB on shoulders before extending overhead

12 Thrusters (95/65)
12 T2B
*15 minute cap
