Workout Of the Day

A.) Snatch Technique

Take 10 minutes to warm up and work technique, then determine a load to use for:

EMOTM for 7 minutes – 5 Touch and Go Snatches

B.) “Brehm”
For Time:
Rope climb, 10 ascents
225#/155# Back squat, 20 reps
30 Handstand push-ups
Row 40 calories
