*Come on in and see! This ones a surprise. Remember, CrossFit is “evidence based fitness.” Only through measurable, observable, and repeatable efforts can we determine our results and see our improvements and where we need work.

(2) Strength
Front Squats - 2 sets x 10 reps, heaviest possible
