Elizabeth: 21 Power Cleans (135/95), 21 Dips
Fran: 21 Thrusters (95/65), 21 Pull Ups
Annie: 50 Double Unders, 50 Sit Ups
Eva: Run 800 meters, 30 KB Swings, 30 Pull Ups
Kelly: Run 400 meters, 30 Box Jumps, 30 Wall Ball
Nancy: Run 400 meters, 15 Overhead Squats (95/65)
* This is the first round of the ladies that are 'rounds for time'
