Workout Of the Day

A.) 20 minutes skill work:
2-Position Pause Clean:
Just below the knees + mid-thigh, 3 second pause at each spot

B.) For Time:
“The Carousel”
600 meter row
20 T2B
20 KBS
20 Pull Ups
20 Wall Ball
600 meter row
*All movements should be UNBROKEN! If you break before 20 reps are complete you must perform 5 Burpee-Box Jumps
