Snatch Push Press + OHS x 2 reps
(pausing in the bottom of the OHS for 2 seconds)
@ 4:00 - Every 90 seconds for 3 minutes (2 sets):
2 High Hang Snatch @ 50-60%
@ 7:00 - Every 90 seconds for 3 minutes (2 sets):
2 Hang Snatch @ 65-75%
@ 10:00 - EMOM x 12 minutes:
1 Snatch @ 75-95%
