15 minutes for a 1RM
B.) 100 Burpees for time
*EMOTM perform one snatch at 75% of Part A – DO NOT GAME PART A!!
**If you know you have an issue keeping an accurate count of your reps, plan accordingly. Use a clipboard and paper and mark down every 5, 10, etc.
Or hire a counter to come in with you.
Or bring in an abacus.
But make sure it is 100 reps!
