Strength/Skill
Front Squat - 3 sets x 2 reps

Conditioning
Teams of 2:
3 Rounds:
20 Jump Switch Lunges
40 Burpees
60 KB Swings
*Both teammates complete 20 Jump switch lunges each, then one teammate goes to Burpees and the other to KB Swings and both athletes will start working at the same time. Athletes can switch stations whenever they choose, but only one athlete
