A.) Back Squat – 1 attempt to establish a 20RM – rest 2:00 before Part B
*Add 5-10# to last week’s number. Push this week as close as you can to your max.
B.) Front Squat – Max Reps using same load as Part A
C.) “Boathouse Row”
200 meter row
200 meter run
*For those who have “opted out” of “the run” in recent WODs, you will “travel by foot” somehow, outside today. You can walk the 200m, skip, back pedal, sashay, whatever, but this will NOT be a 1600m straight row!
D.) Tabata Hollow Holds - 8 rounds: 20 sec on/ 10 sec rest
