Workout Of the Day
A.) Hang Clean & Jerk – 3, 2, 2, heavy single – 20 minutes
*the sets of 3 and 2’s are unbroken, even the jerks
B.) AMRAP in 20 minutes:
2 Atlas Stone to Shoulder
25 Hand Release Push Ups ("perfect plank")
4-m/2-w Muscle Ups

 *For the muscle ups, they may be bar or rings; scaling will be either STRICT pull ups or banded progressions at the same rep scheme
