Workout of the Day

A.) Gymnastic STRENGTH – 30 STRICT Pull Ups – ONLY 1 set per minute!. For Example: If you complete 5 reps in your first set, rest until the start of the next minute and continue at rep 6, again performing one set. Continue until all 30 are completed. Use a band if necessary.

B.) 4 RFT:
10 C2B Pull Ups
8 Deadlifts (155/105)
6 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
4 Jerks 155/105
