*Perform 24 Wall Ball, then 12 Toes-to-Bar Pull Ups, then 18 Wall Ball, 9 Toes-to-Bar Pull Ups, etc.

This weekend:

Saturday -Normal Schedule BUT NO 11:00 Free Class. At 11am, SPRING CLEANING!

Sunday - AMRAP for Autism - 8am-2pm
