A.) Back Squat – 4 sets X 5 reps @ 80%
B.) 3 sets:
AMRAP in 4 minutes:
400 meter run
Max Burpees in remainder of 4 minutes
*Rest 2 minutes between rounds
C.) EMOTM for 7:00 – 5 C2B Pull Ups
