Workout Of the Day
A.) 2 SQUAT Clean and Jerks @ 70% - EMOTM for 5 minutes

B.) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Back Squat
– the cleans should act as a good warm up, but you’ll still need some warm up sets of 2-3 reps. Once you reach the 80-90% range, perform a “walkout” with 5-10% more than your current 1RM.

C.) “Mind Bender”
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
7 Power Cleans (135/95)
14 Push Ups
125 meter row
