A.) 2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Snatch – 20 minutes working on finishing that 2nd pull WITHOUT bending the elbows

 

B.) 3 rounds for time:
20 single arm front rack KB lunges (53/35)
20 KB swings
20 single arm front rack KB lunges
20 Wall Ball
